Foreman

Nedlaw Roofs, located in Breslau, Ontario, is currently hiring for the position of Foreman. Nedlaw is a well established commercial/industrial roofing contractor operating in Southwestern Ontario.

Primary Responsibilities

• Organize all aspects of the job
• Organize maintain equipment in good working condition
• Ensure all work done safely and to industry standards
• Organize materials needed for the job
• Train workers in the differing applications of roofing
• Ensure site securtiy
• Ensure production and quality control
• Anticipate next days requirements for scheduling of labour and materials coordinate these with the project manager
• Ensure professionalism in all dealings with customers and crew

• 3-5 years experience in the roofing industry
• Expereinced in the different roofing systems
• Know how the roofing sytems is to perform and the theory thereof
• Ability to read blue prints
• Ability to read specifications
