When phoning this line the customer is put in contact with our service and repair project manager, who in turn is able to evaluate the problem and dispatch service and repair employees if necessary. Timing is critical in attending to roof leaks and we are able to be on site in a short period of time to provide repairs and mitigate damages as a result of the leak.
