9. Is the contractor an authorized applicator of the manufacturers products and able to provide extended manufacturers warranties?

Nedlaw Roofing is an authorized applicator of all major roofing manufacturer’s products. We have applicator agreements with the following roofing manufacturers:

- Johns Manville
- Carlisle
- Firestone
- Lexcan
- Bakor
- Soprema
- Durolast
- Proseal
- Sarnafil
- Garland
- Tremco

As a member of the Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors Association we are able to offer a written two year warranty on our workmanship. As authorized applicators of the above mentioned roofing systems we are also able to offer our customers extended manufacturers warranties. These warranties can cover materials or materials and workmanship. They can range in duration from five years to twenty years depending on the system and the warranty desired.
